Shipping policy

At Curvella, we are committed to delivering your order 
as quickly and safely as possible.

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends 
or public holidays will be processed on the next 
available business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
- France: 7 to 14 business days
- Belgium and other EU countries: 10 to 18 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending 
  on carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand 
  periods such as holidays

ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a 
confirmation email containing your tracking number. 
You can use this number to monitor the progress of 
your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on 
your delivery address and will be clearly displayed 
before you confirm your order.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES:
For orders shipped within the European Union, no 
additional customs fees apply. Curvella is not 
responsible for any customs duties or import taxes 
that may apply outside of the EU.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please 
contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date 
at helpcurvella@gmail.com. We will open an investigation 
with the carrier and work to find the best solution 
for you as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before 
placing your order. Curvella cannot be held responsible 
for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address 
provided by the customer.
