RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 
14 days from the date of receiving your order to exercise 
your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any 
reason or justification.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must 
be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be returned in its original packaging 
  with all tags attached
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days 
  of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration 
  will not be accepted

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Final sale or heavily discounted items
- Items purchased during special promotional events 
  clearly marked as non-refundable

RETURN PROCESS:
1. Contact us at helpcurvella@gmail.com with your order 
   number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with 
   return instructions
3. Ship the item back to the address provided
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of 
   the customer unless the item is defective

REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will 
notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be 
processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original 
payment method. Please note that your bank may require 
additional processing time.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, 
please contact us immediately at helpcurvella@gmail.com. 
We will cover all return shipping costs and send a 
replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
